As a small business concern, AdapTech
Corporation has provided NAVSEA, NSWC PHD, NSWC Corona, and our primary customer NSWC IHD Detachment
and Naval Weapons Station located at Seal Beach, direct support of the NAVSEA TMDE Program Office,
NAVSEA Calibration Program, NSWC IHD Detachment Seal Beach TMDE ISEA, NSWC PHD AEGIS ISEA, the
MARCORPS TMDE Program, the NAVAIR Support Equipment (SE) Program, the Strategic Systems
Program (SSP) Calibration Program, NAWC AD (formerly NAVSEA) St. Indigoes IFF Program, the SPAWAR
TACAN Program, the F18 Engine Overhaul Program and the Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (RMC)
Depot Support Program. Under contract through GSA, and previously under various subcontracts,
AdapTech has provided the aforementioned program offices a wide range of engineering, program
management, technical, and logistics services, resulting in the increase of detachment personnel
and resources.
Over the span of the previous ten (10) years, AdapTech has provided critical support at the project
and program levels. Our responsibilities included: establishment of TMDE Program ISEA, budget, POM,
and acquisition authority at Detachment Seal Beach, establishment of a NAVSEA, SPAWAR, USMC, and
NAVAIR Prime System and Equipment (PS/E) and Support Equipment (SE) maintenance capabilities. Other
engineering and technical services are provided for prime shipboard items, including weapons,
communications, air traffic control, safety and telemetry systems.
