Adaptech understands that the performance
standards listed in the NAVSEA Statement of Work (SOW), and the Quality Control Plan (QCP) will
be the basic measure for government evaluation of our performance. We always provide The Government
with our Quality Control Plan within fifteen (15) working days after contract award. We cooperate
with the inspection teams and take necessary corrective action as required, at no additional cost
to The Government. We provide a listing of all deficiencies corrected within thirty (30) days of
notification. Adaptech organization and implementation of Quality Control (QC) is primarily concerned
with ensuring the specified quality level of product/service to the customer. The firm utilizes
five primary guidelines in our corporate Quality Control application, namely: Inspection, Rework,
Documentation, Management Monitoring, and Exposition to Customer.
